Do I need a doctor's referral to book?

No. While I regularly receive referrals from GPs, consultants, and allied health professionals, you can self-refer directly. We will review your medical history during your Initial Assessment to ensure it is safe to proceed.

Where are sessions held?

All sessions are delivered in person at Train to Thrive in Carlisle. This provides a professional, fully equipped setting where your rehabilitation is delivered with direct clinical oversight.

What should I wear or bring to my assessment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive flat footwear such as trainers. Please bring a current list of your medications and any relevant medical summaries.

Is exercise safe if I have a heart condition or active health diagnosis?

Yes. As an AHCS-registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I specialize in clinical risk stratification and physical exercise prescription tailored to long-term health conditions.
