All sessions are delivered in person at Train to Thrive in Carlisle. This ensures you have access to specialised equipment in a controlled, clinical environment.

Yes. As an AHCS-registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I specialise in clinical risk stratification and physiological monitoring (including blood pressure and heart rate response). Heart rate and RPE are monitored live to ensure you remain within safe clinical boundaries.

No. To maintain the highest standard of safety and clinical oversight, Cumbria Clinical Exercise operates strictly as a face-to-face, supervised service. Every session takes place in person with direct, 1-to-1 guidance.

Following your 60-minute Initial Assessment (£80), ongoing clinical supervision is available through flexible monthly tiers based on your clinical need and preferred frequency:
1x / month: £90/mo
2x / month: £160/mo
4x / month (Weekly): £280/mo

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring a family member, partner, or carer to your assessment or sessions if you would feel more comfortable having them there.

That is completely fine. Every exercise is introduced at your own pace and tailored specifically to your current physical baseline and mobility limits. The focus is entirely on clinical safety, proper technique, and building your physical confidence step-by-step.

Clinical oversight means safety always comes first. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I perform ongoing physiological checks. If your symptoms change or you feel unwell, we adapt or pause the session immediately and liaise with your medical team if necessary.

Yes. A discounted rate is available for NHS staff, members of the Armed Forces, police, and fire service personnel. Please mention your service during your initial consultation so we can apply this to your pricing tier.
